Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Associate in Lahore

ROLE SUMMARY

This role is part of Marketing – New Categories and is responsible for handling the operations of MEC E-commerce As an E-Commerce Associate, you will work with other members of our E-Commerce Operations team to maintain and run the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce sites in APMEA WEST markets.The selected candidate must work according to Canadian hours to ensure alignment with the team and operations. The shift timing will be from 5 PM to 1 AM PK time.


Your key responsibilities will include:

Performance and Optimization

Collaborate with the technical teams regarding the stability of the websites, raise any technical challenges to the IDT team, and follow up on resolution.

Sales Performance

  • Track E-Com sales daily
  • Handle the operations between the distributors & fulfillment agencies
  • Follow up on orders to ensure consumer happiness.
  • Raise any issue related to delayed orders from Consumers to Relevant Stakeholders (ie, the consumer directly contacting customer care or status showing the order as delayed)
  • Stock Movement between Distributor and fulfillment agencies.
  • Maintain an adequate stock level for E-Com to avoid any OOS situation


Site Maintenance

  • Daily checks of the site to ensure there are no glitches, the site is functioning on both desktop and mobile, and site speed is acceptable
  • Reporting
  • Create weekly and monthly E-Commerce reports to share with relevant partners.
  • Extract and prepare Daily Reports to share with relevant partners.
  • Extract and prepare weekly payment details to share with relevant partners.


Reconciliation

  • Handle the reconciliation with both distributor & fulfillment agencies.
  • Review and reconcile sales with relevant partners before posting it on the system daily
  • Reconcile VAT returns with Finance and handle PO tracker and Hypercare.
  • Reconcile monthly received invoices from fulfillment agencies.
  • Handle ongoing customer relationships by setting the standard processes with our customer care agency.
  • Define the best approach to dealing with complaints & compensation within the allocated budget.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in working with overseas clients & agencies is an added advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce store operations management.
  • Experience in Shopify storefront management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills and partner management.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
