ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Global Service Contract Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and administering service contracts of our world-wide clients to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position involves contract review, monitoring, and negotiation with clients for renewal of their service contracts.
Contract Renewals and Terminations:
- Track contract expiration dates and proactively manage renewals or terminations.
- Communicate with clients regarding contract status and renewal options/ offers.
Contract Administration:
- Draft, review, and negotiate service contracts and agreements with clients.
- Prepare and review the quotes for contract renewals.
- Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and associated documents in CRM.
Contract Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce contract compliance by reviewing contract terms and timelines.
- Address and resolve any contract-related disputes or issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain reports on contract administration.
- Maintain a database of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
Customer Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve contract administration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in contract administration, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
