Responsibilities:
Hiring & Recruitment
- Hire strong talent across office + factory teams (70+ staff).
- Target fashion houses for experienced candidates.
- Recruit for punchers, sketchers, masters, stitchers, embroidery teams, adday walay, textile designers, graphic designers, marketing, etc.
- Build pipelines that reduce turnover.
- Maintain a respectful, gentle, disciplined work culture.
- Handle grievances professionally.
- Improve retention and ensure teams do not leave unnecessarily.
- Manage attendance for salaried staff + daily-wagers (masters, adday walay, embroidery, etc.).
- Coordinate payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance.
- Support team leads in evaluating performance of creative, stitching, embroidery, and marketing teams.
- Ensure meeting of production and sampling deadlines.
- Must be from a reputable fashion brand
- Experience handling combined workforce (office + factory).
- Polite, well-spoken, disciplined, and presentable.
- Strong hiring capability and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or Fashion Management.
