About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and performance-oriented Google Ads Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and driving results through paid search and display advertising. The primary responsibility is to manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and create targeted ad groups.
  • Write compelling ad copy and design creatives to maximize click-through.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bid strategies to enhance performance.
  • Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective results.
  • Create and maintain detailed campaign performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policies, platform updates, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with ad extensions, retargeting strategies, and bid optimization techniques.
  • Experience in creating and managing Shopping Ads is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
  • Salary: Market Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives
  • Location: Remote
