The role will involve creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring that they meet performance targets and drive results. The position starts with 10 flexible hours per week, with the possibility of more as projects evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop effective Google Ads strategies aligned with client business goals. Create detailed campaign plans, including keyword targeting, ad copy development, and budget allocation.
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and shopping platforms. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to ensure KPIs are met.
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords that will drive relevant traffic. Continuously optimize keyword lists and ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Budget Management: Manage client budgets, ensuring campaigns are running efficiently and effectively. Track spend and adjust campaigns to meet client objectives within budgetary constraints.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads reports, and other relevant tools. Provide detailed performance reports to clients, identifying areas for improvement.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to identify the most effective tactics for driving results.
- Client Communication & Collaboration: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and discuss potential improvements.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in Google Ads and the broader digital marketing industry. Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation: Keep up with the latest Google Ads features, tools, and best practices. Propose innovative strategies to drive better results and maintain a competitive edge.
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Proven experience in managing budgets and delivering campaigns within set financial constraints.
- Excellent knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with clients to understand their objectives and deliver results.
- A/B testing experience and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Google Ads certification or equivalent experience preferred.
