The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, understands branding, and can translate ideas into compelling visuals that drive engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, banners, and marketing materials
- Create visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan campaigns and promotions
- Edit photos and short videos for social media use
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and design best practices
- Analyze post performance and suggest creative improvements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Social Media Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with motion graphics or short-form video content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
- Prior experience in digital marketing or branding projects
