Tobio's, this fast-growing eCommerce company has grown to 2M+ revenue monthly in less than a year, and is on the lookout for high-performing Graphic Designer with proven experience creating Amazon product graphics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives, and general brand design assets.

About the Role
You will design high-converting visual assets across multiple channels including:
- Amazon product graphics
- Amazon listing images & infographics
- Amazon A+ content visuals
- Meta ads creatives (static + short motion)
- Website graphics & landing page visuals
- Branding assets, social content, emails, and more
This is a full-time, remote role where you will collaborate with our creative team, marketing team, and founders to deliver strong, clean, high-quality visuals on a daily and weekly basis.
What will you Do
Amazon Graphics
- Create high-quality Amazon listing images
- Build infographics, lifestyle compositions, and A+ content
- Follow marketplace image requirements
- Design clear benefit-oriented images that drive conversion
Meta Advertising Creatinves
- Design video and static ads for Facebook & Instagram
- Create visually compelling, scroll-stopping graphics
- Adapt brand assets into performance-driven creatives
- Produce multiple variations for A/B testing
General Graphic Design
- Website banners, landing page graphics, and UI-aligned visuals
- Email marketing graphics (Klaviyo)
- Organic social media creatives
- Packaging and print assets (occasionally)
- Deep collaboration with the creative & marketing teams
Must Have Requirments
You must have ALL of the following:
Proven experience designing Amazon graphics (listing images, infographics, A+ content)
Proven experience designing Meta advertising creatives
Strong general graphic design background (web, branding, social)
Professional portfolio showcasing Amazon and ad creatives
Ability to produce clean, modern, conversion-oriented visuals
Strong understanding of composition, layout, typography, and brand consistency
Ability to take direction and execute quickly
Highly reliable, organized, and detail-focused
Ability to work full-time (8 hours/day)
Fluent English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce / D2C brands
- Basic video editing skills (simple ad cuts, motion graphics)
- Experience with Figma
- Understanding of marketing psychology and CRO
- Ability to create moodboards and concept ideas
