About the Role:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and producing effective, on brand marketing campaigns, sales collateral and internal & external communications.

The successful candidate will have exceptional design skills and working on projects from the concept point through to design preparing the items for success in Atheneum’s branding and commercial value.

You will play a key role in bringing our brand to life and rolling out new brand guidelines, helping to ensure that our brand is consistently represented at every customer and colleague touch point.

Responsibilities:

• Planning brand & design concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Create and design various materials for digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval
• Providing creative design for marketing campaigns
• Developing product marketing graphics
• Reviewing final designs and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.

Profiles We Are Seeking:

• 4+ years of experience in graphics design for a B2B technology or professional services business
• Excellent IT skills, has deep experience in Adobe Suite & configuring PPTs
• Strong creativity and innovation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• A pro-active communicator & intuitive thinker
• Desirable: Animation & experience in web development projects, front end development & Java knowledge
