Graphics Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across digital and print platforms using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand identity.
• Create and maintain design assets, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency.
• Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma for digital products and websites.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop as needed.
• Design logos, illustrations, and vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Use Canva for quick-turnaround designs and templated content creation.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for user experience, SEO, and platform-specific requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across digital and print media.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Experience working with marketing or branding teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 18,000 – 25,000/month (based on experience and skill level)
