Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize daily Retention & Acquisition Campaigns across multiple channels
- Identify new channels for growth and own the pipeline to get them live
- Work closely with partners to identify new opportunities for growth
- Perform site visits in collaboration with partners to unlock growth and user activation
- Identify issues within product(s) and work with product & engineering teams to triage, prioritize and resolve.
- Directly influence product development by identifying areas of opportunity to improve the user experience.
- Conduct user research and interviews and help marketing turn these into collateral.

- Exceptional communication – your role will be customer facing – this is a bare minimum.
- Responsiveness – get back to customers and your team ASAP. Do NOT be a blocker.
- Self-learning – we’re a hyper-growth startup & we will not handhold
Hard Skills: Excel, Copy Writing
A+ Candidates will:
- Know how to code to some extent – the more the better!
- Try first, ask questions later – again, don’t look for handholding.
- Have experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (MoEngage, Braze, Iterable etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years' experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Lahore office. Please note that remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role.
