What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute campaign material/assets/activation that ensures consistent brand identity.
- Work in collaboration with external agencies, freelancers and our in-house designers and retail team to prepare and execute end to end (offline & online) campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness
- Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
- Project Manage end-to-end campaign execution to ensure 100% delivery on time
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
- With an iterative mindset, you will develop and deliver a calendar of activity that supports the rollout of the Growth team's requirements, including offer and testing proposals
- Liaise with commercial and creative teams to bridge business goals and creative execution
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar.
- 5+ of professional Marketing experience ideally within the telecommunications industry and at least the last 2+ years in a digital product-based company managing B2C portfolio
- Strong experience in customer experience and journey, digital, churn retention, campaign management and customer lifecycle management.
- Highly numerate
- Ability to build cross functional relationships across territory
