Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis:
- Research industries and identify attractive business opportunities.
- Analyze financials, business models, and market trends.
- Identify and track potential businesses to acquire.
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, bankers, and business owners.
- Build financial models to assess business performance.
- Conduct due diligence on businesses to evaluate fit and growth potential.
- Manage the deal pipeline and optimize sourcing processes.
- Support outreach, travel coordination, and reporting.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or similar.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, and Excel.
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
- Experience in search funds or acquisition processes.
- Background in workforce or education sectors.
- Ambitious, action-oriented, and curious.
- Eager to learn and grow professionally.
