Head of Operations

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operational aspects of the company, ensuring a high level of operational efficiency.
• Implement strategic plans and operational goals, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
• Streamline operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning for operational activities.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability to stay competitive in the market.
• Establish and monitor key operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
