Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales data, including data collection, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Create and generate sales reports, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, marketing, and product, to gather and analyze data for revenue forecasting and budgeting purposes.
- Develop and implement sales goals and quotas, aligning them with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Oversee and manage the sales technology stack, including CRM, sales automation, and other sales tools, to ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness.
- Administer and manage the teams compensation plans, including commission structures, bonuses, and incentives, to drive desired sales behaviors and motivate the sales team.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies in sales operations, and implement process improvements to streamline sales processes and increase sales productivity.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems, to ensure proper utilization and adherence to sales policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales operations, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the sales operations strategy.
- 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in the domain of Business Development in the IT Industry.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, technology stack, and compensation plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
- Proven track record in sales.
- Deep understanding of the Tech Industry
