Overview

The position is responsible for deliver Talent development solutions, Learning & development interventions, Culture & engagement initiatives and ensures Programs are effective. Connected to the COEs for tools, processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Contracts with HRBP, SDT Leader and COE to support TM, Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement initiatives for Pakistan BU aligned to current and future business needs.
  • Partner with COE to flex TM, Learning & Development and C&E programs to local requirements Owns end to end delivery of processes and tools and measures effectiveness
  • Manage team members to ensure high quality execution & local deployment of broad-based talent management, L&D tools and frameworks as per COE defined strategies
  • Personally deliver and lead to deliver COE, Learning & development and culture & Engagement initiatives that are relevant to the business
  • Implement D&I programs that meet the needs of a changing and global workforce for Pak BU.
  • Manage the complete PPP and talent management life cycle including planning analysis, insights, defining local/functional plans, roll up strategy, delivery and follow up solutions and outputs to feed into Sector PPP discussions.
  • Provide expert guidance and governance on all elements of the People Planning Process to deliver consistent and high quality local /functional execution
  • Execute the follow-through of the Succession Planning outcomes, partnering with the TM COE and HRBP as required
  • Partner with the Assessment & Development COE and strategy, to execute and follow up key Assessment & Development activities, such as Lead
  • Lead R&R programs.
  • Conduct detail TNA as per Business need and deliver on the agreed L&D calendar.

Qualifications

Functional Competencies:

  • Experience/Knowledge of COE developed Culture an Engagement Programs
  • Able to assess organizational talent needs and define a strategy to leverage opportunities and address pipeline gaps
  • Creative problem solver who sees connections in data
  • Proven experience of maximizing PepsiCo’s utilization of talent and development of leaders through effective implementation of succession planning and career development processes
  • Able to facilitate talent discussions at all levels
  • Comfortable challenging views of senior leaders and providing alternative insights and/or options where required
  • Able to build trust quickly with senior managers
  • Strong presentation & Influencing skills
  • Discipline and rigor to ensure processes are followed
  • Strong people manager with the ability to coach, give feedback and build capability
  • Ability to travel within Pakistan on need basis.
