Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About The Role

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
Trade Marketing, Field sales; Field sales management, Ecommerce, Analysing sales and Ecommerce data, Leadership skills, Consumer Insights; Shopper Insights; Customer Insights; Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills; Influencing, Consultative Selling, Customer strategy; Channel strategy, Sales strategy development, Perform product planning, Business acumen; financial acumen, commercial accumen, Sales negotiation, P&L Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence.

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Collaborate across marketing, sales and e-commerce departments to define and execute category-specific strategies.
- Translate brand strategies into dynamic customer marketing plans, creating a strong presence in stores.
- Drive the development of consumer and channel insights through thoughtful research, informing our category strategies.
- Lead annual planning, using your deep understanding of business goals to craft compelling channel strategies.
- Own new product launches, overseeing sales materials and in-market implementation of the 4Ps.
- Solid experience in sales or marketing with a track record of turning plans into successful marketing actions.
- Analytical thinker, adept at using data for forecasting and making informed decisions.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a keen sense of business and commercial mechanics.
- Proficient in building partnerships and influencing decisions, with a consultative approach to selling.
- Strong grasp of customer, channel, and sales strategies, coupled with P & L management.
- Commitment to operational excellence and adept at implementing strategies successfully.
