Position: HR Assistant & Admin

Location: Lahore

Salary: PKR 40,000 to 70,000 (Based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant & Admin to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll data
  • Handle office administration, documentation, and correspondence
  • Support HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with departments for HR and administrative needs


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
