It is a 11-month contractual role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Finance HR objectives as outlined by Global Support Functions HR to the Finance community within the Hub.
- Conduct gap analysis on HR policies and propose solutions through collaboration with Country HR, HR Operations, and CEB.
- Drive updates to key HR processes, such as Performance Management and Digital initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Hub Leadership Team (LT) to drive the Talent Management process within the Hub.
- Promote the use of ServiceNow among Hub employees for awareness and effective utilization of the model.
- Work closely with Country HR and CEB in the creation, updating, and implementation of HR policies.
- Develop supplemental HR policies specific to the Hub’s needs that cannot be addressed by Country HR policies, through alignment with the Hub LT and strong mediation with Country HR and CEB, adjusting policies to meet business needs.
- Support the Hub on employee-related issues requiring HR intervention, such as Performance Improvement Plans, Employee Relations & harassment committee, and organization transformation (e.g., redundancy situations).
- Serve as a liaison and advocate between the Hub (business unit) and HR Operations to ensure clear awareness and utilization of the HR support model.
- Represent Global Finance HR at the MEA Hub and liaise with the Pakistan Country HR for strategy development.
- Act as a business consultant on new opportunities that benefit the Hub and provide proposals.
- Provide support on the recruitment end-to-end process for the hiring of the MEA Regional Finance Hub, inclusive of candidate screening, PES tracking, and completion to onboarding.
- Actively participate as a member of the MEA Regional Finance Hub Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and leadership within the Hub & supporting the forum with necessary reporting and documentations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis and proposing HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in HR systems and digital tools.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar HR service delivery platforms.
- Experience in talent management and performance management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and mediation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
