Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Conduct structured interviews to fairly assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for U.S.-based roles.
· Efficiently screen and evaluate applicants to match job requirements and client expectations, especially in healthcare and engineering.
· Use platforms like Zoho Recruit, Indeed, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract top talent.
· Partner closely with U.S. clients and hiring managers to align hiring strategies with business needs.
· Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
· Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to onboarding.
Payroll & HR Operations
· Manage and process U.S. payrolls using ADP Workforce and Zoho systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance, and update payroll data accordingly.
· Ensure timely payroll processing in compliance with U.S. labor laws and client policies.
Generalist Functions & Employee Engagement
· Support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles.
· Maintain and optimize HRIS platforms to streamline workflows and HR reporting.
· Address employee queries, foster a positive work environment, and help resolve workplace concerns.
- Support onboarding through accurate data entry, document handling, and coordination of new hire processes to ensure a smooth start.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 3-5 years of experience in core HR functions including payroll and recruitment.
· Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce and Zoho Recruit is highly preferred.
· Prior experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare or engineering sectors is a strong plus.
· SHRM-CP/PHR or similar HR certifications are a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills—confident public speaking is a must.
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
· High integrity when handling confidential information.
Work Environment
· Based in our Karachi office, with a hybrid work model.
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan time) to align with U.S. business hours.
