Job Post Description

He/she will be responsible to

• Assisting in Recruitment and selection activities
• Assisting in identifying & screening candidates
• Coordinating and scheduling the interviews/tests of candidates
• Coordinating the line managers for conducting interviews and taking timely feedback of interviews
• Assisting in reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Coordinating in employee development plans and performance management
• Performing Data entry and record of keeping of candidates and existing employees
• Assisting in onboarding processes
• Preparing miscellaneous HR reports
• Coordinate in executing the learning and training programs
  
  
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Under study or Fresh or some experience in any HR functions
• Good record-keeping skills.
• Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer literacy with capability in MS Excel
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Good team player.
• Good ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts
  
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's or masters degree in Human Resource
  
  
  

Job timings / Stipend:

• It is compulsory to work from office from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm as per Pakistan standard time
• Stipend may be given depending upon full-time working hours and potential candidate.
