Job Summary
We are seeking an HSE Supervisor - Operations & Integrity to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance while ensuring the operational integrity of assets and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing HSE policies, conducting inspections, ensuring asset reliability, and fostering a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce HSE policies & procedures in alignment with company and regulatory standards
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations related to operations & integrity
Monitor asset integrity programs to ensure safe and efficient operations
Lead HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and compliance with SOPs
Identify and mitigate risks related to equipment integrity, corrosion, and process safety
Maintain records of HSE incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve safety practices
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, API 570/580, and local regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in HSE, Engineering, or a related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in HSE supervision, with a focus on Operations & Integrity
✔ Strong understanding of asset integrity, process safety, and industrial hazards
✔ Certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, or API standards preferred
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in challenging site conditions & remote locations
