Position Overview:

RevInfinity is seeking a HubSpot Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to join our dynamic remote team. This is a part-time, flexible role that requires an individual with strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and data management. You'll work closely with our clients to implement HubSpot solutions, improve customer journeys, and optimize sales funnels. The role will initially require 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for growth depending on project needs.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot CRM Management: Oversee and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively supports sales and marketing teams.
  • Workflow & Automation Development: Build, optimize, and monitor workflows within HubSpot to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and follow-ups.
  • Marketing Automation: Leverage HubSpot’s marketing automation tools to create email campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms that enhance client engagement.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize HubSpot sales funnels, improving lead qualification processes and increasing conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness and CRM performance.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to internal and client teams on best practices for using HubSpot and its tools to maximize productivity and results.
  • Integration & Troubleshooting: Ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with other business systems and handle any troubleshooting or technical issues as they arise.
  • Market & Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, best practices in CRM management, and marketing automation trends to implement innovative strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation, reporting, and marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in sales funnel management and optimizing lead qualification processes.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot tools such as email marketing, landing page creation, and campaign tracking.
  • Ability to train teams and ensure effective use of HubSpot across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and find proactive solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear and efficient interaction with clients and team members.
