About the role:

We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding the organization’s HubSpot adoption. As the Product Owner for HubSpot, you will ensure that workflows, automations, and reporting are optimized to support business objectives. You’ll work closely with the Manager CRM to enhance system efficiency, streamline processes, and maintain high data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Product Owner for HubSpot, ensuring smooth functionality and continuous optimization.
  • Maintain and enhance workflows, automations, and processes for all HubSpot objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expand the scope of HubSpot, including creation of new entities and custom properties.
  • Identify and remove obsolete properties, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Create and manage Active Live Lists, segments, and smart lists to support marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to support organizational performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Manager CRM to identify improvement areas and execute system enhancements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for HubSpot-related issues across departments.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices for system users.


Required Skills:

  • Strong command over HubSpot CRM — workflows, properties, reports, and automations.
  • Problem-solving skills with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Reporting and dashboard creation expertise using HubSpot analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HubSpot CRM administration or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, custom property management, and data reporting within HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with sales, marketing, and service hubs preferred.
