HubSpot Specialist

Job Overview: CureMD is seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist (3–5 years of experience) to lead the management, automation, and optimization of our HubSpot CRM ecosystem. In this role, you’ll bridge Marketing and Sales operations to drive data-driven growth through CRM excellence. You will oversee HubSpot governance, analytics, and automation while mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance sales pipeline efficiency and marketing performance Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end automation and optimization of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs
• Build and maintain advanced workflows and integrations to improve lead flow and pipeline visibility
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and governance through regular audits
• Design and implement lead scoring models, lifecycle tracking, and performance analytics
• Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to guide leadership decisions
• Serve as HubSpot SME — train, mentor, and support junior CRM Admins

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems
• 3–5 years of advanced-level hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, including workflow automation and analytics
• Proven expertise in automation design, reporting, and lead lifecycle management
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate CRM data into actionable business insights
• Proficiency in CRM governance, data hygiene, and automation best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
