Responsibilities:

- Serve as a central point of contact for HR operational matters, providing guidance and support to employees
- Manage and maintain comprehensive employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies
- Oversee the execution of employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience at every stage
- Handle all medical insurance-related activities, including employee additions and deletions, claims processing, and coordinating with insurance providers to ensure prompt resolution of employee medical claims
- Act as the HR focal point for medical insurance matters, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and supporting employees with related queries and concerns
- Support the preparation of HR reports and data analytics for management, leveraging insights to inform decision-making
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and team-building initiatives that align with the organization's culture and values
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and adherence across the organization
- Support HR audits and compliance efforts, staying abreast of employment legislation and best practices
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Provide beginner-level support in performance management processes, such as tracking performance review timelines, collecting and collating appraisal data, and assisting managers and employees in understanding performance review procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2 - 4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a dynamic environment
- Sound knowledge of HR processes, HRIS, and employment regulations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build trust with employees
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms
