Responsibility

• Supporting Recruitment: Help organize interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Basically, you’re the matchmaker between awesome talent and great opportunities!
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Welcome new recruits, ensure they have everything they need to hit the ground running, and manage exit formalities when needed.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, assist with HRIS updates, and make sure all documentation is in tip top shape.
• Compliance & Policies: Stay on top of labor laws, company policies, and ensure we’re always compliant (aka keeping us out of trouble!).
• Employee Engagement: Help organize fun office events, wellness programs, and teambuilding activities. A happy team is a productive team!
• General HR Support: Be the friendly HR face that employees can come to for questions, support, and guidance.
• Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying data, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience (internships count!).
• Familiarity with HR tools and software is a plus.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow with u.

Timing: 10:30pm to 7:30am pkt

Location: Johar Town

Salary: 100K-120K
