Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and report on Google and Meta ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in paid digital advertising with a strong understanding of campaign management, optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and insights.
- Create and implement paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring high performance.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
