Human Resources Executive

Hiring: HR Executive (Night Shift) | Humantek

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage key human resources functions during the night shift. If you have a passion for recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring processes to meet organizational objectives efficiently.

Oversee onboarding, including orientation programs, paperwork completion, and training sessions to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company culture.

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, track employee progress, and provide feedback to enhance productivity and professional development.

Interpret and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and address employee concerns regarding company regulations and procedures.

Foster a positive work environment by encouraging strong employee relations, mediating conflicts, and implementing effective communication strategies.

Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll processing, and handle HR documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in FlowHCM is required for HR process implementation and management.

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).

Experience in HR operations.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with FlowHCM software is mandatory.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
