Job Title: HR Executive

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Work Model: On-site

Office Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing core HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role demands a proactive professional who can effectively support HR operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Prepare offer letters, manage onboarding formalities, and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR records, recruitment trackers, and employee files.
  • Support HR operations such as attendance, leave management, and documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, HR reporting, and performance evaluation support.
  • Conduct exit formalities and maintain offboarding documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment planning.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed consistently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, sourcing techniques, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
