Human Resources Executive

WAMO LABS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for people, are great with Google Sheets and operations, and enjoy finding top talent, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Use Google Sheets to organize and analyze HR data, attendance, and reports.
• Support daily HR operations — documentation, record-keeping, and coordination.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and retention programs.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 6 months–2 years of HR or operations experience (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).
• Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports).
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for talent acquisition and building a positive workplace culture.
