Are you an experienced Zoho Developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions? Lynchpin Consulting, a trusted Zoho partner since 2013 based in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a talented individual to join our team and drive digital transformation for our clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role for a Zoho Developer. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing Zoho applications according to client requirements. The Zoho Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, integrate Zoho applications with other systems, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Custom Zoho Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator to meet the unique business requirements of our clients. This includes building custom modules, workflows, and reports within Zoho applications.
2. Zoho One Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Zoho One applications for clients, ensuring seamless integration across multiple modules such as CRM, Finance, HR, and Marketing.
3. API Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and services using APIs to enhance functionality, automate processes, and facilitate data exchange. This includes integration with payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and other business tools.
4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify pain points, and recommend optimal Zoho solutions. Collaborate on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
5. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Zoho applications post-implementation. Address and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and implement enhancements as needed.
6. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for Zoho applications. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure effective utilization of Zoho solutions and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and customizing Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, etc.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting language
• Experience in integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with other CRM or ERP systems is a plus
• Zoho Developer certification is a plus
