Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Royalton. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate should have problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to managing tasks efficiently.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Digital literacy and familiarity with Google Forms, MS Office, and other digital tools.
• Understanding of human resource best practices.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including but not limited to LinkedIn recruiting and job posting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Note: This is a 100% on-site role, so applicants must be willing to work from our office located near Liaquat Bagh, Rawalpindi.
