This internship is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a thriving tech environment. As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in various HR functions, working closely with experienced professionals to develop essential skills and gain a deep understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Position Details:

• Type: Internship, Onsite
• Location: Lahore office, PIA Society C Block, Johar Town
• Experience: Fresh Graduates Only
• Timing: 11 AM - 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Help maintain and update HR records, including employee databases and documentation.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
• Work closely with the HR team to manage attendance, leave records, and performance tracking.
• Support in conducting training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in handling employee queries and grievances, ensuring a supportive and professional HR environment.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
