Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales or leads. You will be the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales or leads. You will be the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or database.
- Engage with customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call volume, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service by handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Follow up on previous interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing sales when appropriate.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and promotional offers to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with diverse customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting targets and achieving results.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems (preferred but not required).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
