Human Resources Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a HR Operations professional to oversee and manage the daily HR operations at MuSharp. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and operational HR support to strengthen the employee experience and organisational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).
• Maintain and update HR records, HRIS, and employee files accurately.
• Support payroll coordination (attendance, leave, and overtime data consolidation).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Handle employee queries related to HR operations, policies, and benefits.
• Assist in performance management cycles, probation reviews, and appraisals.
• Generate and maintain HR reports, MIS, and analytics.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities in collaboration with HR team.
• Work closely with recruitment team to facilitate smooth hiring-to-joining transition.
• Support in policy development and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1-3 years of HR operations/HR generalist experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in Pakistan.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
