Job Identification

We are looking for an HR Specialist to be part of our HR Team in Lahore.


What We Expect

  • Lead assessment of capability needs to identify gaps that need to be addressed for employee development.
  • Lead annual capability plan on ground in close collaboration with Group L&D team and Functional HRBPs to enhance critical skills required to meet leadership goals.
  • Design targeted training interventions based on 70-20-10 framework, leveraging technology and the latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees as per their individual development plan.
  • Lead core L&D Programs and modules at a national level with a keen focus on training impact.
  • Track & report utilization of approved training budgets ensuring value addition to the organization through trained resources.
