Job Summary:
We are seeking an Innovation & Imports Planner to drive the successful execution of New Product Development (NPD), Value Improvement Projects (VIP), and cross-functional initiatives. This role will be key in ensuring superior product delivery while optimizing supply chain efficiency.

We are seeking an Innovation & Imports Planner to drive the successful execution of New Product Development (NPD), Value Improvement Projects (VIP), and cross-functional initiatives. This role will be key in ensuring superior product delivery while optimizing supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Sourcing Units to align project execution with business objectives.
- Track and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution of NPD, promotions, artwork updates, and operational initiatives.
- Work closely with supply and distribution planners for material ordering and production scheduling.
- Oversee import processes, ensuring compliance with Incoterms, HS codes, customs clearance, and legal requirements.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, tracking project milestones and proactively resolving challenges.

- Business Waste Reduction
- Cash Management (Inventory Days on Hand - DOH)
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics (FMCG preferred).
- Strong project management skills with experience in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, import documentation, and international trade terms.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
