Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Karāchi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role requires overseeing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong understanding of market analysis and sales strategy development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
