Key Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-sales business analysis, including understanding client requirements and preparing preliminary documentation.
• Coordinate between clients, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
• Gather follow-ups from the technical team on POCs (Proof of Concepts) and track progress.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and dashboards related to ongoing projects and pre-sales activities.
• Support the business team in drafting proposals, presentations, and client communication.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including documentation and communication.
• Assist in internal meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in final semester) in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
• 0-6 months of experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of business analysis, client communication, or pre-sales concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
