• The incumbent would be assisting in the hiring of the Customer Services Executive and coordinate with ILA department for ensuring the right candidates would be selected for the job
  
  
  

Screening resumes Review resumes and applications, and perform initial phone screenings

Scheduling interviews Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintaining databases Update internal databases with new employee information, and maintain the recruitment database

Preparing reports Create regular recruitment reports and other HR-related reports

Onboarding Welcome new employees and help them acclimate to the company culture

Posting vacancies Post job openings on social media and other platforms

Assisting with events Help plan and organize HR-related events, such as orientation sessions

Providing administrative support Answer phones, assist with job postings, and perform other administrative duties

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR or a related field.

Expert computer skills.

Strong administrative and document management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Willingness to learn
