IT Purchasing Analyst – II

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT purchasing requirements.
• Initiate, monitor and track purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in the IT purchasing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Remediate vendor service issues and escalate issues accordingly.

Skills:

• Proven experience in IT purchasing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in IT purchasing.
