Java Developer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Embrace an AI-First Mindset: Your instinct should be to leverage AI tools as the primary approach, using them to generate, enhance, and verify code. Traditional code-first developers need not apply.
• Demonstrate 4+ years of battle-tested experience in software development, with a focus on production-grade server-side web applications.
• Showcase a track record of developing highly reliable B2B software applications that stand up to enterprise-level demands.
• Possess hands-on expertise in cloud-native development or serverless architectures, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
• Exhibit mastery in Java, TypeScript, and SQL, with the ability to seamlessly integrate these technologies in complex systems.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
