KalSoft is looking for a skilled Java & Integration Technical Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse technical project involving system integration, troubleshooting, and application support. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen with experience in Java development, database management, and system integrations. Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector will be considered a strong advantage.

This is a full time onsite opportunity for Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and enhancements for Trade Finance and Treasury systems
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain solutions using Java and API technologies
  • Perform database queries and manage data using Oracle and SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java
  • Proficiency in Oracle and SQL for effective data querying
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Trade Finance and Treasury applications
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Experience in API integration
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in the banking sector or financial services domain
  • Familiarity with industry-standard Trade Finance and Treasury platforms is a plus
