Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a CA Finalist or ACCA-qualified professional with 1-2 years of experience. You will play a crucial role in financial management, tax compliance, and client communication, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

- Prepare accurate financial statements using bank statements and other financial data.
- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GST laws and regulations.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Excel and Office Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Effectively manage documentation and reporting using MS Office tools.
- Accounting Software and Payroll Management:
- Maintain and manage accounts using accounting software.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate professionally with clients, providing clear and concise updates.
- Address client inquiries and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Integrity and Professionalism:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
- Education: CA Finalist or ACCA Qualified.
- Experience: 1-2 years, with completed articleship in tax.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of GST laws.
- Competency in accounting software and payroll management.
- Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Equipment: Must own a laptop with a reliable internet connection.
