Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and process commission data.
- Prepare, verify, and distribute commission reports.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the design and development of commission structures.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate commission payments.
- Maintain records and respond to commission-related queries.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commission processing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
- Experience with data management software and commission tracking systems is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling effective review and processing of commission data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with sales and finance teams, as well as for addressing commission-related queries.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in commission data and reports efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with commission structures, company policies, and relevant compliance guidelines.
