- Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledger balances, and financial records to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain financial documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Finance Specialist with operational tasks, including payroll, tax filings, and reconciliations.
- Handle routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance operations.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.
- Interest in pursuing professional qualifications (exam sponsorship and study leave available).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
