Minimum Criteria

• Education: Bachelors Degree
• Experience: 1-2 years in operations, insurance claim handling, or related functions

Key Responsibilities

Handle insurance-related matters including policy checking, claim preparation, documentation, and submission to insurance providers.

Coordinate with insurance companies, vendors, and client departments to ensure timely processing of claims.

Maintain records of insurance policies, renewals, and claim status for audit and compliance purposes.

Support day-to-day operational tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth workflow.

Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Be responsible for execution of any additional operational assignments as required.
