Job Summary:
As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for generating leads and new business opportunities for the company. You will be writing & sharing proposals with the potential leads. You will work closely with BD team members, marketing, and senior management to develop and implement strategies that will increase revenue and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
-Bidding on Freelance Platforms such as Upwork
-Generate leads via research and networking
-Contact prospects through calls and emails
-Collaborate on client engagement strategies
-Assist in crafting compelling proposals
-Manage CRM records and client interactions
-Monitor industry insights and competitors
-Contribute to meetings and reports
Requirements:
-Graduation in CS/IT/SE/BBA/Marketing or a related field.
-6 months to 1 year of experience in sales and business development
-Understanding of the business of services-based software house
-Excellent Knowledge of Upwork, and Fiverr bidding.
-Profile Management, Budgeting, Pricing, Negotiation, Market research skills
-Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
