In Pakistan, CD continues to operate as one CD supporting the Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Nutrition and Home Care business with an impressive reach of more than 300+ distributors and 2500+ outer core workforce and with the GAP framework coming to life, we are gearing up to have a stronger than ever BG focus.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Manage end-to-end P&L for B2C channel including complete ownership of Sales targets, TTS, BMI, GM, PBO
- Design and implement Brand-wise, Business-group wise, and e-tailer-wise strategies to deliver sustainable growth, increase market share, and optimize assortment mix in B2C in sync with operations, campaigns and performance marketing team.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with etailers to negotiate and execute counterparts of JBPs.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Customer marketing, and Finance functions to craft monthly business plans including budgets, promos, campaigns, media and search based on shopper behavior.
- Work closely with the data analytics team to identify trends across digital mediums and e-tailers to optimize offerings, content, and campaign merformance
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategic partnerships with e-commerce aggregators and distributors. Ensure alignment on sales targets, supply chain efficiency, and payment terms.
- Work closely with internal teams including Channels, Business Units, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive execution of plans and timely resolution of issues.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Customer Development in FMCG industry – preferably in sales/ key account management
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Embrace a high growth mindset, with strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers.
- Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams.
- Be a strategic, highly adaptable, and entrepreneurial person.
- Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Have strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
