Must-Have

  • 2+ years LinkedIn lead generation experience
  • Proven ability to generate 20+ qualified leads/month
  • Clear understanding of ICPs
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, tech, or digital services
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Expandi, or similar tools
  • A/B testing outreach messages
  • Startup experience

Deal-Breakers

  • No hands-on LinkedIn outreach experience
  • Unable to show consistent lead generation results
  • Weak communication or copywriting skills
